TERMO DE ESTABELECIMENTO DE ORGANISMO MAÇÕNICO INTERNO is a document declared by Marcelo Ramos Motta on 14th September, 1986 e.v. and officially notarised two days later.

The first scanned page was done on a scanner that was not able to render legal-sized sheets, so Mr. Motta’s signature did not fit, and the copy sent to me was a bit rough anyway.

Although this document was declared under the Constitution of the Sociedade Ordo Templi Orientis no Brasil, all national and regional Directors are obliged to use the Brasilian S.O.T.O. Constitution as the model for the Constitution in their own region.
